Meet Melissa Garcia
I’m a growth operator who helps established founders connect the pieces between paid acquisition, funnels, CRM, tracking, and operations so the whole growth system works better.
I spent two years at HighLevel as a Senior Solutions Consultant, working with hundreds of business owners and learning how to build systems around the way a business actually sells, follows up, and operates.
After HighLevel, I built Avanzar Creative, where I’ve worked hands-on across Meta ads, funnels, HighLevel architecture, launch operations, lead flow, tracking, and backend systems.
That work has led me behind the scenes with founders and brands including Caleb Ralston, Frank Kern, and Sergio Silesky / Home Service Academy.
